We currently have 10 different tire and wheel options for a 5.30-12 size. There are 2 different bolt patterns, so you would need to determine if you have a 4 on 4 or 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern. Currently all the wheel and tire combinations we have with the 5.30-12, and a 4 lug bolt pattern are going to have a 2.84" pilot hole center. This should not be an issue for mounting as these are all lug centric wheels which will center on your hub using tapered Lug Nuts # CE11051 and not the hole center. The B78-13 ST tire size will translate to a ST175/80-13 metric size tire. The overall height of the ST175/80R13 tire is 24 inches and the overall width is 6.9 inches.
You can measure on your trailer to make sure that you have clearance for a 24 inch tall tire with a width of 6.9 inches.

You will have to mount the wheel and tire yourself or have it done at a tire shop as the wheel and tire combos we have come from the manufacturer. We do have trailer tires size ST205/75R14 on galvanized wheels, however these are load range C tires. You will want part # AM32156. I have included a video review of this wheel and tire for you to check out.

We do not have a radial tire available in 5.30-12. and you will likely have a hard time finding one. The radial equivalent of the 5.30-12 is the ST145/R12.
There is the Kenda 5.30-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12" Galvanized Wheel # AM30850 you were looking at for the 5.30-12 bias tire or the Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Tire w/ 12" Galvanized Spoke Wheel # AM31202 for the ST145/R12 radial tire.

The 5-on-5-1/2-inch wheel bolt pattern is pretty rare these days. We do not offer any pre-mounted tire/wheel products with this bolt pattern but we do offer a 15-inch wheel alone, part # TA37RR. This 15 x 5-inch wheel accepts trailer tire size ST205/75-15.

We offer many wheel/tire combos in size ST145/R12, see link, but none on a galvanized wheel. Of the wheel/tire combos that we offer the part # AM31208 is compatible with the bolt pattern specified on the Dexstar Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel, part # AM20124 you mentioned. The tire and wheel combos we receive are already mounted on rims from the manufacturer. Currently we do not have a machine to mount the tires to rims when these parts are purchased individually.

As we don't have the equipment necessary to mount tires to the rims, we don't sell the # AM10140 tire mounted on a wheel, but you can purchase the # AM10140 and the # AM22319HWT wheel you asked about separately. You'd need to have them mounted at your local tire shop when they arrive.

The Kenda 165/65-8 Bias Trailer Tire with 8" White Wheel # AM3H220 appears to be the closest Wheel # AM20016 and Tire # AM1HP22 package we have to fitting your trailer. The wheel is 5-3/8" wide from bead seat to bead seat with a 0" offset. The 0" offset places the hub face at the center point of the wheel. This will give you a 2-11/16" offset from the back of the wheel hug face to the rear bead seat. This will be closer to 3" if you are including the wheel lip in your measurement.

Currently we do not carry any wheel and tire packages that come with the Aluminum Viking Series Valhalla Trailer Wheel # AX02350545BMFL mounted with a 175/80R13 tire. The wheel and tire packages we carry are mounted by the manufacturer and we do not have the ability to mount wheels and tires in our facility. All of the components that will be installed on a 7K axle should be rated appropriately for that axle capacity. This means the trailer hubs, wheels and tires all should be rated to match the axle capacity. When any one component is rated below the others, then that lowest-rated item (being the weakest link, so to speak) determines the overall capacity of the entire set-up.
